The Southern Dunes community is well situated and offers excellent facilities. In the immediate area around the community, you will find a WalMart and a number of places to eat. The Four Seasons is a stunning villa combining visual impact with superb facilities. When you walk into The Four Seasons, the spaciousness strikes you - part of the interior is the full height of our 2 storey villa. A balcony overlooks this part of the interior and this feature is stunning. There is a comfortable loft area leading from the balcony that overlooks one of the living areas. The design of The Four Seasons allows you to have some privacy when you want it but also to join in with the crowd when you are in the mood. Our villa also offers a south facing heated pool and Jacuzzi (with an extended deck area), and a well equipped games room with table football, pool, air hockey, darts and table and chairs.
The villa has two master bedrooms, four twin rooms, and there are two queen sized sofa beds, one in the formal living area and the other in the loft. There are two living areas, nook and formal dining area, and a large kitchen. In total, The Four Seasons has 4.5 bathrooms.
The Location of The Four Seasons villa is unbeatable. A fantastic golf course is on the doorstep - one of the top 100 in the USA! The view of the 1st fairway from the pool is there to be soaked up in the late afternoon sun with a cool drink. Amazing theme parks, including Islands Of Adventure and Sea World, are less than 20 minutes away in the car. The golf clubhouse is situated near to The Four Seasons and Southern Dunes community also offers a gym, tennis courts, communal swimming pools and a lake. Visitors to The Four Seasons Villa are able to use the golf course (fees apply). Southern Dunes is a gated community and is therefore secure. Orlando airport is just over half an hour away in the car.
