Our beautiful home is situated at Crescent Lakes, a superb and quiet residential area to the south west of Orlando close to Disney and other major attractions, just off of Highway 192, in between Kissimmee and Poinciana within easy reach of a number of good golf courses (advice given on best to play).

Crescent Lakes is an ideal base from which to enjoy your dream holiday. The villa is approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker, dishwasher & built-in microwave. There is also a small breakfast bar and kitchen table and a door to enter the double garage where the washer and dryer are situated. The living area is furnished with 2 and 3 seater sofas.

The master bedroom has a US King size bed. The bedroom also has a TV. The en suite has 'his and hers' wash hand basinsand there is a large walk in closet. The 2nd bathroom is conveniently situated between bedrooms 2 and 3.

Entrance to the 13 ft by 26 ft pool, is via the living area. The pool has a connecting jacuzzi and can be heated if required. Fully Air Conditioned plus ceiling fans. Security Alarmed. Also an electronic safe available (at additional cost).
