Elegant and beautifully furnished 6 Bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa, with no expense spared in the furnishings. It has a South facing, very private, screened extended 30ft pool and deck with in-ground Spa, allowing you to relax in the beautiful Florida sunshine all day long without shade, although there is a cooling shaded porch with overhead fan when you need to take a break from the hot sun. The poolside gas BBQ allows alfresco dining to compliment your Gin and Tonic on those long and balmy evenings. Our home is extremely well equipped and offers everything for the discerning guest. It is fully alarmed and has a safe for use at guest’s own risk.

All six bedrooms have TVs and VCRs. In the lounge we have a Large Screen TV with VCR and DVD Player and a separate CD player and radio. Videos & DVDs are supplied for children and family fun and entertainment.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on the ground floor. The Master bedroom has a 4 Poster King Size bed with a Queen Size bed in the second Master; both master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The Disney theme room offers a full size/twin bunk bed, a Disney TV and DVD player and computer with colour printer. Upstairs there are a further two twin bedded rooms and a further large bedroom with King size bed. There is one bathroom with twin sinks to service our upstairs guests. All bathrooms have hair dryers.

We offer you a fully equipped very modern luxury kitchen, with dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, fridge freezer and filtered icemaker in the door, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and sandwich maker. All pots pans glass and plastic ware (for the pool area) are provided, as is cutlery, dish cloths, hand towels, bath towels and bed linen. There is a Laundry room with washer and dryer etc in the double garage. You will want for nothing with this home!
