Our luxury Villa comprises 2 King Size Master Suites, 2 twin bedded rooms, a third bathroom, family room with Queen size sofa bed, (alternatively 2 foldaway beds are provided), kitchen, laundry, breakfast nook, dining room, air conditioned games room, fully screened and heated pool/spa. An interior designer has furnished the villa, to an exceptional standard throughout.

For your comfort the villa has full air conditioning and fans in all bedrooms and the family room. The pool area with its extended decking provides ample space for enjoying the sunshine, whilst the fan cooled covered lanai provides a shady retreat if things get too hot. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size ceramic top cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and all cooking and dining requirements. The laundry has large capacity washer and dryer with iron and ironing board, all bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and all linen is provided. All telephone calls to USA, Canada, UK and Western Europe are provided free of charge.

Your entertainment needs are catered for with Cable TVs in the family room and all bedrooms. The villa boasts a PC with free high speed Internet access (including wireless). The family room has DVD/CDplayer/Tuner with a selection of films and CDs. A Playstation and games are also available for the younger members of the party. Infant facilities are provided F.O.C.

Countryside at Tuscan Ridge is a quiet and beautiful community bordered by orange groves and with communal tennis courts and children's play area.
