A fabulous villa in a beautiful, peaceful location yet we are only 15 minutes from Disneyworld with excellent shopping and amenities close by.

The accommodation consists of master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and large patio doors exiting to the pool area, one double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with exit to the pool area and two bedrooms with shared bathroom each with two single beds. Ideally sleeps 8 in absolute comfort, plus two on the double sofa bed if required. Free use of crib, high chair and stroller is included.

The family room has 42" HD Plasma digital cable TV and DVD player. The open plan kitchen and breakfast nook look out over the pool and conservation area. There is also a formal living room and dining room where parents can escape from the television and entertain or relax in peace. Free high speed cable internet access is available.

With a view to entertaining both our young and young at heart guests we have converted our garage into a fun filled games room complete with pool/air hockey and foosball tables, electronic dart board and cable TV with Sony Playstation 2.

The screened pool is 28ft by 14ft with a spa at the far end. The pool and deck areas, which are not overlooked by any other pool in the area, are equipped with sun loungers and chairs for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The large lanai area is just perfect for al fresco cooking on the gas barbecue, dining or just relaxing and provides refreshing shade from the sunlight.
