Location is everything and we think the location of our luxury detached extremely spacious 4 bed-roomed villa with its on south-facing private pool and hot tub is just about perfect! It is situated on a quiet development at Buenaventura Lakes, which as the name suggests is an area of Kissimmee, which is surrounded by lakes, and conservation areas making for a very tranquil setting.

The villa is large, spacious, light and airy - it has 4 bedrooms, 1 king (en-suite), 1 queen and 2 twin bedded rooms - 1 of which has been themed with our younger guests in mind, all the bedrooms have their own individuality and there are 2 more full bathrooms.

There are 2 family rooms/lounges, both having 2 large sofas, 1 has a large TV, DVD player, the other has a CD stereo music system with a selection of music (some you may even like!) and a selection of books, we have deliberately omitted having any sleep sofas or rollaway beds, as we want you to enjoy the villa as it was designed, we also limit the number of weeks per year the villa is rented out - allowing us time to refurbish and keep the villa in pristine condition.

All the bedrooms are large and have huge closets, allowing plenty of storage for all those extra clothes you are sure to buy, 3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own TV and 2 have VCRs.

The private screened pool (28 ft x 15 ft) faces due south, overlooks a conservation area and is NOT overlooked by the neighbours on either side, something which is VERY RARE in Florida these days. For something even more relaxing, step into our new hot tub! There is also a huge carpeted 28' x 10' covered lanai so if you are not out at the parks you can escape the intense heat of the mid-day sun! It is furnished with sun loungers and a table and 8 chairs for dining 'al-fresco'. There is a plentiful supply of pool towels. The pool can be heated during the winter months for a small extra charge.
