Executive 5 Bed / 4.5 Bath Villa on Conservation Area Our superb Executive villa is in a fabulous location on the edge Calabay Parc, a superior development on Highway 27 and only 10 to 15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.

Our villa has fully air-conditioned two storey 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom accommodation. It has 2 king-size master suites, 1 queen-size master suite and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a fourth bathroom. There is a large comfortable family room, dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with adjoining breakfast area overlooking the pool. There is also a second family room, which has a queen-size sleeper sofa, so can double as a further bedroom if required. We have a DVD/VCR combo unit in the living room and a DVD, Playstation 2 and Radio/CD player in the den. There is full Cable TV, with televisions in the family areas and all bedrooms.

The screened south facing private pool area has a large secluded lanai, extended sundeck, and large heated pool and spa (hot tub) and an outdoor shower. A pool-bath (toilet) is available directly from the pool area. As we are the last in a line of villas the pool area has fabulous views overlooking a conservation area to both south and west.
