Ashlea House is our beautiful 3 bed condo at "Villas Of Somerset" in Kissimmee, Florida, located just off the US 192 and the gateway to Disney World. With its 1300 sq ft of living space, our home comfortably sleeps 8 people and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full sized baths, a large living room with cathedral ceiling, dining area, full kitchen and laundry pantry.

The Master suite features a queen size bed, large walk-in en-suite shower with sink and commode, oversized walk in closet, contemporary furnishings and cable TV with remote, dresser and side tables, clock/radio and comfy side chair. Bedroom 2 has contemporary furnishings. 2 twins sized beds and oversized storage walk-in closet, clock/radio, mirrored doors with a view overlooking the community tennis courts. The Third bedroom consists of similar furnishings and 2 twin beds and features bright and colorful décor, clock/radio and mirrored closet doors.

The living area consists of a very comfortably decorated and furnished lounge and dining area. It features one full sofa and a second sofa that converts into a queen size bed, entertainment center with cable TV, remote control, VCR and music system. Granite design end and coffee tables along with a comfy rocking chair, lighted ceiling fan and assorted greenery to complete the tropical look. The dining area features a six-seat pedestal glass table with padded seats and 2 bar stools for additional seating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, cutlery, dinnerware, glasses, coffee maker, kettle, all cookware and utensils, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, stove/oven, built-in microwave, automatic dishwasher and sink disposal. There is a large capacity washer and dryer. A full sized ironing board and steam iron are also provided. Both baths include a hair dryer, and complete sets of hand and bath towels are provided. The home is non smoking, and free local telephone calls are provided.

There are numerous amenities for you to Enjoy during your stay! The Villas of Somerset clubhouse offers the best in resort style living, heated outdoor community pool, huge sundeck with lounge chairs, whirlpool Jacuzzi and steam sauna are just a few of them. A convenient poolside snack bar, video arcade, Internet station, pool table and fitness room with weights and treadmills are at your disposal. An outside BBQ area, and lighted tennis courts are a few steps away from "Ashlea House". The theme parks are within easy reach, Disney 7 minutes, Universal Studio's and Islands of adventure as well as Sea World are all within a 15 to 20minute commute. Popular restaurants and shops as well as a 24-hour Wal-mart, are all within minutes away.
