Our villa is part of the final phase development on the prestigious well established and highly sought after Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. It adjoins protected conservation area (check out the view from the pool) and is set in undulating countryside surrounded by orange groves, oaks and pine trees - total silence apart from the peaceful sounds of nature - bliss !!

This is one of the new generation of spacious prestige villa designs incorporating two master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms. The two additional twin bedrooms share the third bathroom.

We have not skimped with quality furnishing and appliances including a large cable TV in family room with DVD player and Nintendo GameCube, plus cable TVs in each master bedroom. We even have a selection of DVD's, Nintendo GameCube games, board games to suit all ages, and a workstation for those workaholics who have to have their laptop computer with them.

Our 24 ft x 12 ft privately screened pool faces south west with sun on the pool area all day and a glorious sunset every evening. The pool area has a removable toddler screen to prevent small children wandering into the pool. The screened porch area with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat for your children and a perfect setting for alfresco eating, aided by our luxury gas fired BBQ. There are no villas behind ours - just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodland.

The superb 18 hole (par 72) championship golf course is a huge attraction for all (more so for the girls as they get to do some guilt free sunbathing by the pool or shopping at the many excellent designer outlet malls - of which there are lots). We can even pre-book your tee times for you - 365 days of glorious sunshine & golf!
