Late Availability Advertising

Our late advertising is free to all members, and can be used as often as you wish within our rules for placing ads.

Please note that we will not take 'blanket' advertisements that are open-ended. We will display ads only for start dates that are no more than three months ahead. The period offered may be no more than four weeks, so if you have extended availability you will need to place more than one ad.

We will do our best to transfer the information that you provide accurately onto our site, but we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions. You are advised to check our late availability page a day or two after you have submitted your ad to make sure that it reads as you intended.

It is therefore important that you submit accurate information, and in particular that the web site and email addresses are valid. Please do not put 'http://' in front of a web site address - this is added automatically, and repeating it will invalidate the address.

Please do not put multiple dates in one ad, otherwise it will end up in the wrong section of the page. Send separate ads for each date gap.

It is important that you let us know when your gap has been filled, so that we can remove your ad. Otherwise your ad will be removed at the start of the quoted rental period during our regular site updates. Please make it easier for us by using our formatting guidelines:

  • Please don't put ANY words in ALL CAPITALS. If you do, we have to retype them. .

  • Please don't include the rental dates in the text area - we have to find them to change them as the start date approaches.

  • Please keep your descriptive text to a maximum of 300 characters. Descriptions that are too long will be truncated, so you may lose important information.

  • Please ask us remove any previous ad that covers or includes the same date period when you submit a revised ad.
