The exceptional pool area backs on to a lovely lake which means your private pool really is private and not backed on to someone else’s. At 30 ft long, you can really swim in the pool and the spa is superb for relaxing, day or night. The deck extends the full width of the house so there is ample room for sun seekers to stretch out and enjoy the sun all day long. Attractive underwater pool lighting and the lake back drop make evening al-fresco dining perfect.

The house interior is beautifully furnished with lots of extra touches like our marble bathrooms, luxury fitted kitchen, co-ordinating furniture and window blinds, full size TV’s in the lounge and master bedroom, to name but a few.

Two large sofas (one converting to a queen size bed if necessary) sit around the coffee table and the TV, video and hi-fi are hidden away in a lovely wooden cabinet in the main room. Our hi-fi’s connected to a house-wide speaker system, this means you can play your music in selected rooms, and even on the pool deck, without disturbing the rest of the household.

There are three large bedrooms. The master suite is lovely with our king size bed, enormous walk-in closet and pretty bedroom furniture. The elegant green marble bathroom with twin sinks, large corner bath and huge shower leads on to the pool deck. Our other two bedrooms are twin bedded with fitted wardrobes and sit either side of the pretty family bathroom. The pink room leads out to the pool deck. There’s an additional shower on the pool deck.

All bed linen and towels are provided, apart from beach towels, and there is even a hairdryer! Cots, highchairs and an extra rollaway bed can be hired for a small charge.

Now to the luxury kitchen, this includes a large gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge and freezer with icemaker, coffee maker, toaster, all cutlery and crockery, in fact everything you could possibly need. It’s also a beautiful place to sit and have breakfast looking out to the pool and lake beyond. The utility has a large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, perfect for those who cannot stop working even on vacation!
