Our Florida villa is situated on Aylesbury, Davenport, a recently completed community located a few miles south of central Kissimmee.

The exciting parks of Disney World are just 15 minutes drive up the road by car, and the busy 192 highway with all its shops, restaurants and attractions is only 10 minutes away.

For a day out further afield, the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast are 1 hours drive, and the Atlantic Coast with Kennedy Space Center only 90 minutes. Excellent golf courses are just a few miles drive from the villa. Large supermarkets are only a few minutes away by car for those essential provisions.

Our villa is fully air conditioned and has four bedrooms, three double and one twin. The two masters each have en-suite bathrooms, with a third bathroom shared between the other two bedrooms. A sofa-bed provides additional sleeping for two, allowing up to ten guests to stay in the villa in comfort. All towels and linen are provided, and a cot and high chair are also available. A spacious family room with color cable television and VCR, and an adjoining dining area overlook the pool. The luxury kitchen is fully fitted with a washer and dryer in an adjacent utility room. The pool can also be seen from the kitchen enabling a watch to be kept on younger family members. Alarms are fitted on all doors and windows adjacent to the pool area for additional safety.

Our large 28-foot private pool is fully screened. The pool can be heated if required and illuminated at night. The large pool deck has a covered area offering shade from the sun, with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining, and lighting for enjoying those balmy Florida evenings. Sun-loungers are provided on the pool deck.

Our villa on Aylesbury is ideally situated for all the attractions, beaches, golfing holidays, or just for resting.
