Barbuda House, Hampton Lakes

Barbuda House is exceptionally luxurious and spacious, with over 3100 sq. ft. of living area. To suit all your requisites, it offers 6 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms (3 ensuite), and a Games Room with full size Pool Table. On the huge,oversized South facing Pool/Deck area, for your entertainment is a Poolside Bar and 6 seater Jacuzzi.

Should you wish to ever leave the villa, then Mickey and his friends are only 15 minutes away!

Swimming Pool and Deck Area

The Deck Area is completely private and not overlooked, covering an area of 50' x 40'. At night the exotic, swaying Palm Trees are floodlit, and together with the fountains cascading into the crystal blue swimming pool, they create a sense of wonderment and tranquillity. The pool itself is heated and is a generous 30' x 15'. There is a 400 sq. ft. Lanai (porch) to provide shade for the younger ones and this also provides a sheltered location for the BBQ.

The Deck Area gives a complete feeling of outdoor living with its Al Fresco dining table,and Poolside Bar. You will also find ample sun loungers and comfortable chairs for those beautiful sunny days.

To add a final touch of luxury, there is a Jacuzzi for 6 people, where you can relax with a glass of chilled wine and get your breath back after those fabulous Disney outings.

House Description

As you enter the house you will be amazed at the luxury and spaciousness that greets you.

The first room that you will see is the Dining Room, this comfortably seats 8 around an ornate and stylish table. As you progress to the kitchen, you will find every appliance that you will ever need, plenty of storage units, as well as 2 Breakfast Bars.

You then enter the Living Room which overlooks the swimming pool, it is very relaxing and cosy, with 2 settees, an easy chair, coffee table, TV and VCR.

To the left are two master bedrooms, one King bed and one Queen bed. Both rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated having the benefit of fitted wardrobes and full en-suite facilities. The King master bedroom has a TV and also safe facilities.

As you leave the bedrooms, towards the front of the house is the Games Room, this is a 19' x 19' fully furnished lounge, containing a full sized Pool Table, TV and Playstation. We call the settee in here the “Sleeping Settee”. It isn't meant for that, but it is soooo comfortable and so very, very, very relaxing……..….zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz oops! I fell asleep just talking about it!

The utility room with washer and drier is adjacent.

Upstairs there are 4 Bedrooms, from the front, we have; Bedroom One, 1 single and 1Queen Bedroom Two, 2 singles Bedroom Three, 3 singles Bedroom Four, Queen

All have built in wardrobes and the rooms are sized well above average. There is another bathroom on the landing and also the en-suite bathroom for Bedroom 4.

We cater for 14 guests, and no rollaway beds are required.

House Facilities

Barbuda House is an executive designed villa with every facility that you may need, there are hairdryers, iron, microwave, clock radios, etc.etc. There is also a baby's cot and high chair. Should you be unsure about anything, please contact us directly.

Community

Fishing in nearby lake only 2 minute walk away. Within 30 minutes of Barbuda House there are 25 golf courses including a Greg Norman Championship course. There are 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes, and these have smaller shops alongside, these include liquor stores (priority!) and jewellers (sorry Gents).

On Hampton Lakes within a 3 minute walk is a childrens' play area, and volleyball court (fullsize, floodlit and on deep sand), Floodlit tennis courts are also freely available. The attractions of Disney are only 15 minutes away, while there is a choice of the Gulf Coast or Atlantic Beach Resorts, within 90 minutes.
