It is about 6 miles from the Champions Gate 1-4 exit, and just minutes from Walt Disney World. Aviana is a gated community of 370 individual vacation pool homes. The resort will feature a state of the art community facility, including a 6,500 square foot clubhouse with cyber café, large pool area, gathering room and reception area.
