THE ABBEY AT WESTHAVEN
This is one of a new group of communities located at the west end of Loughman Road, south of Disney. It is situated only 15 minutes from Disney, and is just two miles from the new Champions Gate Golf Course (a 36 hole championship course), which has a large supermarket (Publix) and a variety of shops. The three communities in this development, The Abbey, The Greens and the Sanctuary, each have their own character and style. A fourth community, The Hamlet, is currently under construction.

The Abbey at Westhaven is a secure gated community accessed through an attractive landscaped boulevard, and consisting of just 58 individual homes with private pools. The community overlooks a lake surrounded by conservation area and it backs onto orange groves. The Abbey offers a range of recreational activities.
Each home is positioned on a single road laid out in such a way that no home backs onto any others, giving maximum privacy to the pool deck. The rear of each home offers either a lake/conservation view or a view over the adjacent managed orange groves.
